A simple English translation of the poem

Why the PM gets angry
When someone wakes him up at three'oclock in the night
He almost gets out of his dhoti
And falls like a lightening over the culprit
Aviation minister will loose his job, if not today, tomorrow

People will learn their lesson
If you wake up Atal
You will loose your ministry
Let the PM sleep
Even if people die
And the country disintegrates
And Kashmir burns

It is useless to wake up the PM
Even if His Highness wakes up what will he do?
He will repeat the same worn out cliches
And will again get lost in his sleep.
