How foolish Vajpayee can be? He is now trying to compete with Musharraf to attract the US attention while the mighty nation deals with her tragedy. The anxiety of the PM and his minions betrays their naïveté. Vajpayee’s address to the nation was almost childish. He was reading from the teleprompter like a robot, looking into the air, talking to an invisible and absent audience. The US did not even feel like acknowledging this speech. None of the TV channels, except Indian ones, have so far quoted Vajpayee’s big offer to the US in their news bulletins.  What more, Indians too did not care to watch and listen to him.

The world leadership largely ignores Vajpayee, the leader representing more than 100 crores of humanity. Why? He is foolish, slow and boring and has no dynamism left in him. He has failed miserably to establish his credibility as a world leader. In fact, one gets the impression that India herself does not matter much in the US scheme of things.

What was the hurry? What kind of strategy prompted you to announce your willingness to go for a joint military exercise against Taliban? Even Israelis have not done it. India had to wait and watch before making any commitments at this juncture. The whole scenario is yet to unfold and you started opening your mouth so wide, even wider than Powell and Bush. Why are you so anxious to be in good books of the US? This is ridiculous. Do you want to be a satellite state of the US? Do you think billions of dollars will pour in this country by doing so? Where is your self pride?

Why the hell are you jumping the gun? Why are you willing to get shot first? Why are you so uncharitable towards your army men? Do you think their lives are so cheap that they can be easily sacrificed for your thoughtless policies and pronouncements. Of course, life of an ordinary Indian does not count for much in your eyes. This is why when the blood of an Indian is spilled on the mountain slopes of Kashmir, you continue to talk of peace at the behest of Clinton and Bush. And look at what you are doing now; even before Bush could raise his war cry, you are talking of military action.

The advisors in the PMO are really dim-witted. How can they think that the US is going to do our job in Kashmir if we cannot do it ourselves?

Hold your tongues you fools! You are dealing with complex issues. Your immaturity will make all of us look like dumb heads, which we are not.

And what happened to the 'dove of peace'  image? What about your attempts to have a dialogue with terrorist organizations? Why this sudden cry for war and military action?  It seems that the dream of Nobel is shelved for now.  One cannot even laugh at the preposterousness of Vajpayee and his minions.

Still pathetic was the way the BJP man from Gujarat was jumping with excitement in one of the ZEE News programmes as if the US forces will attack Pakistan and Afghanistan next day and would finish these countries off and thus the problems in Kashmir will be solved forever. The fool does not even realize that Kashmir is your problem and none is going to solve it but you.

The US is still negotiating with Pakistan and Taliban. They may strike a deal. They are not even talking to you and you are shooting your mouth off out of turn. This is the time when you should exercise restraint. However, as is your nature, you would do exactly what you should not do and won't do what you should.

It is evident that the PM and the PMO have a major problem. They cannot think clearly. They do things in a weird and warped sort of way, and thus compound the problems further. They listen to themselves. They are completely out of touch with the ground realities.
